What to expect when you build a bike with Stash
Getting started
Fill out the questionnairre below, shoot us an email, or give us a call to get started. We'll give you a baseline quote as a starting point.
Finalizing a quote
We'll nail down exactly what you want, and send a final quote. Once that's agreed, we'll ask for a deposit payment to get started with your build.
Starting the build
We can typically finish a build in 10-days or less depending on component availability. After we receive your deposit payment, we'll get started.
Shipping
All bikes ship free! We safely, and professionally pack every bike that leaves our door. Bikes typically ship the day after the build is complete. All builds come with shipping insurance and signature confirmation, so you don't have to worry about anything until it hits your door.
Preparing for the first ride
Your bike will come nearly completely assembled. All you need to do is install the wheels, and handlebars then you're ready to rip! We already took care of all the shifting tuning, brake bleeds, cockpit, and suspension setup.
